How do I become a wholesale customer?
Apply for a wholesale account to access wholesale-only pricing and place bulk orders. Once approved, you’ll be able to log in and shop the full catalog.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email once approved. If you haven’t heard back after 3 business days, please contact us.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes—our wholesale minimum is $280 per order. You can mix and match any items to reach the minimum.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our California warehouse. Delivery times vary by the carrier and destination, but most U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns within 30 days for unopened, unused merchandise. Custom products are non-refundable once approved for production. See full terms below.

Do you offer custom products?
Yes—we specialize in custom flags, banners, and fans. Customs must be purchased on our retail website. After artwork approval, production typically takes 3–4 weeks.
